What are your bottled bamboo products made of?
Our bottled bamboo shoots are made from locally sourced young bamboo shoots (labong), carefully prepared in small batches using traditional Filipino recipes like Labong Bicol Express and Labong Adobo. We never use preservatives.

Are bamboo shoots healthy?
Yes! Bamboo shoots are low in calories, high in fiber, and packed with essential nutrients like potassium, vitamin B6, and antioxidants. They're 100% plant-based, vegan-friendly, and perfect for health-conscious eaters.

What do bamboo shoots taste like?
Bamboo shoots (labong) have a mild, slightly sweet flavor with a tender, crunchy texture. They absorb the flavors of the sauces they're cooked in, making them perfect for bold Filipino gourmet recipes like Mala, Rendang, and Bicol Express.

Is your Roselle tea organic?
Yes, our Roselle tea is grown organically in our farm without synthetic fertilizers or pesticides.

How long do your products last?
Unopened bottles can last up to 12 months when stored in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 5–7 days.

Where do you deliver?
We currently ship to Singapore and Malaysia. Shipping is via reliable couriers and includes tracking.

How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your total weight and location. Orders above a certain amount may qualify for free shipping — keep an eye on promotions!

How long does delivery take?
Philippines: 2–5 business days

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, COD, GCash, PayMaya and other secure online payment methods.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, send us an email at sales.kawayanfarm@gmail.com within 6 hours of purchase, and we'll do our best to accommodate changes.

Can I return a product?
Due to the perishable nature of our food items, we generally do not accept returns unless the product was delivered damaged or spoiled.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Please email us at sales.kawayanfarm@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product. We'll arrange a replacement or issue a refund based on the case.

What items are not eligible for return/refund?
• Opened or partially consumed products
• Orders reported after 24 hours from delivery
• Products damaged due to customer handling or storage

Do I need to refrigerate the products?
Only after opening. Unopened jars are shelf-stable for up to 1 year. After opening, refrigerate and consume within a week.

How do I cook bamboo shoots?
Our gourmet labong is ready to eat! Simply heat gently on the stove or microwave and serve over rice, noodles, or with bread. No additional seasoning needed — we've done all the work for you!

Is your food Halal certified?
Some of our recipes may contain non-halal ingredient. Please check each label or contact us for more details before purchasing.
