Product Information

What are your bottled bamboo products made of?

Locally sourced young bamboo shoots, carefully prepared in small batches using traditional Filipino recipes like Labong Bicol Express and Labong Adobo. We never use preservatives.

Is your Roselle tea organic?

Yes — grown on our own farm, without synthetic fertilizers or pesticides.

How long do your products last?

Unopened bottles last up to 12 months in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 5–7 days.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We currently ship to Singapore and Malaysia, via reliable couriers with tracking included.

How much is shipping?

Rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and location. Orders above a certain amount may qualify for free shipping.

How long does delivery take?

Singapore: 2–5 business days. Malaysia: 3–7 business days.

Payment & Ordering

What payment methods do you accept?

Major credit/debit cards, PayNow (Singapore), FPX (Malaysia), and other secure online payment methods.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us at sales@kawayanfarm.myshopify.com within 6 hours of purchase and we'll do our best to accommodate changes.

Return & Refund Policy

Can I return a product?

Because our food items are perishable, we generally don't accept returns unless the product arrived damaged or spoiled.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

Email us at sales@kawayanfarm.myshopify.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund based on the case.

What items are not eligible for return or refund?

Opened or partially consumed products; orders reported after 24 hours from delivery; products damaged from customer handling or storage.

Storage & Safety

Do I need to refrigerate the products?

Only after opening. Unopened jars are shelf-stable for up to 1 year. After opening, refrigerate and consume within a week.

Is your food Halal certified?

Some recipes contain non-halal ingredients such as pork. Please check each label or contact us for details before purchasing.
